In the course of my musical career, I have performed in a wide variety of settings:
1. Solo Classical Piano-- piano recitals, chamber music recitals, church services, shorter/complete programs. Performed at: University of Washington, Meany Hall, Benaroya Hall, Seattle Public Library, Seattle Art Museum, Music Center of Northwest, Crossroads Comm. Center, Haller Lake Music Series, Mirabella retirement community, and other venues. As a participant at Piano Texas Festival at TCU, performed with Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and in many recitals as well. As an LMC performing member, I will be doing several solo/collaborative performances each year. See the sample program list.
2. Accompanying is my second nature! My teachers emphasized the art of sight reading in my formative years, and it's been the greatest help! In Seattle Area--collaborated with numerous vocalists (German, French, Russian programs, opera and art songs), instrumentalists (strings, winds, brass), both in professional and academic settings. Many years of experience playing for Solo and Ensemble festival/competition, PAFE , Seattle Young Artists, college auditions, recordings, choirs, full studio or professional recitals for flute, oboe, violin, cello and voice studios. I have been a pianist for Northlake UU Church in Kirkland, WA, since 2010, playing for services and accompanying choir.
3. Entertainment/Background Music--I am skilled at finding a great arrangement for your requested song or make my own interpretation, for any special event! My repertoire is consisting of over 500 compositions including classical, popular, jazz standards, Christmas songs, New Age, and Broadway favorites. Performed throughout Greater Seattle Area including Seattle Sheraton Hotel, piano bars, retirement homes, numerous weddings, memorial services, restaurants, and private parties.
